  Absolutely horrible customer service. They care more about collecting money than informing their clients on the product. The customer service line doesn't communicate with the agent's office and even when they do, they have no follow through. I waited two months for someone to call me back because I bought a new car and needed to switch the vehicles to no avail. I called customer service several times and they told me they would leave a message for my agent. Nothing. After I finally got through to the office and explained my frustration, I was told "I don't know who you called, but we got no messages". I know for a fact that I called the correct number because the customer service agent was able to pull up my personal information and knew the name of the agent my policy was under without me saying a word. The way it was phrased, I believe the person I spoke to was trying to make it sound like I called the wrong number and was therefore blaming me for the company's mistake. If this office calls you and you are busy at the moment, they do not leave a message. They instead send a generic email that doesn't even have your name. It seems so impersonal and uncaring that I refuse to be a client of theirs any longer. I am also completely appalled at the amount of assumption the agents apply when it comes to the customer's knowledge of the product. Every company is run a little differently, and therefore you cannot assume anything. Obviously, the employees were given no sales training whatsoever. I sincerely hope that if anyone is looking at using this company (or at the least this office) that they reconsider. It's a waste of time.
