    Wow. The man would not let me say a word!!! He just kept suggesting that I pay him the money and he will handle it from there. What about a consultation? What about telling what "what you are going to do?" I felt very uncomfortable. And if I am to pay $2,500.00 for a divorce: don't I have the right to be told step by step what will be done and have a chance to comment on each step? I didn't hire him...... it isn't about the money, 1st impressions in my book goes a long way!!!!! Moving on to find a lawyer that will LISTEN and not just try to OUT TALK me. geezzz.

    I am currently in my third year of renting with Eventide. I've been very pleased thus far. Every email I've ever sent has been responded to quickly. Any maintenance request I've had has been handled either the day I send the request or the next day. We had an issue once and the crew addressed it immediately. They even came back a few days later to make sure that everything was still working smoothly and that we were happy with how everything was going. I've enjoyed the entire experience with Mary, Susan, and everyone else on the Eventide team with whom I've interacted. The prices are a little steeper than some places and some of the policies are quite strict. I think that ultimately ends up being a benefit because our apartment is very nice and very well maintained. I would highly recommend Eventide; our experience has been nothing but positive thus far!

    I would not recommend this Property Management Company to anyone. Their manager, Molly Harris is very rude and doesn't care about tenants needs being met. Good customer service is definitely not a priority of their business.
