  Lived here for about a year and a half, maintenance seems to try but lack of competence in the office means things either get half fixed or not at all. Poor set up for online payments and will enter house without warning, claim miscommunication and say sorry but have not changed the behavior. Ended up having to get housing code involved to get anything done correctly from rats to leaks, DO NOT RENT FROM. In response to the message from Peak Property: It was stated to your Columbus Office, specifically to Chelsie Flores that maintenance does NOT have permission to enter our home, but no matter how many times we say it, it has been ignored and incorrectly documented. Because what occurred yesterday with maintenance entering, doing nothing to solve the issue, leaving and stating the issue was "fixed" has happened on multiple occasions during our time living here is why we demand to be here.
