  Very unprofessional and unsympathetic. Greeted us in tennis shoes, told us how "the General" - Mr. Shaw - scatters ashes of those whom the family does not want back at his beach house on Buckeye Lake. We had to call to find out our Mother had been cremated days before and was ready to be picked up. They then called back to see if we wanted her belongings back - she had none with her. They checked and said "Sorry, we mixed up the names. She doesn't have anything that needs to be picked up". What else did they "Mix up"???. The greeting at pick up was also very cold and unprofessional. Use Rutherford or Newcomber.
