  Called emergency maintenance at 9pm Tuesday night ,because key wouldn't work ,locked out. It's now 11am Wednesday morning no maintenance and no sense of urgency in the matter ,no empathy no customer service. But I was questioned if I had changed the locks....really. .really? I will be contacting the corporate office. ..very unprofessional!

  I was shown a rental property on the west side of Columbus.I was under the impression it was going to be the property listed on their website with many pictures, that was in beautiful condition with beautiful dark hard wood flooring.Looked through the window of the property while waiting on the person who would unlock the door to arrive and show us around.It looked EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES.I fell in love.Went to get the application(s) fee transferred into a money order and confirmed the appointment.He arrived, walked out of his truck to a property that was not the one I was under the impression I was going to see.Unlocked the door and was waited inside. I greeted him and walked in.This property had pretty much the same lay out but was not in the same condition.The flooring looked light hardwood and darker around the perimeter as if it had not been Cleaned/maintained well.The cabinet handles in the kitchen had muck, dirt on each handle.The basement was large and unfinished but smelled of urine.Under the impression that we still needed a place to stay we (my family) came to the agreement that we would have to clean this place up before moving in and lay down rugs to hide the flooring.Which was already too much to do.He did not show us around the property and stayed in the living room pretty much the whole visit on his phone.Other than moving to the kitchen to collect while our applications and money order during this time he was somewhat informative and made it seem as if we could be moved in over the weekend.At the time of viewing this property we were not told that it was possible that a 3rd amount of rent would be a possibility/necessity for move in after being approved.Until after we were approved.No additional information was provided.Mislead and my 55$ app fee flushed away.
