  I do not usually give businesses a low score but oh boy was this a stinking experience. I am listing my experience in chronological order: - Day 1: Call the office and explain my exact situation. I get appointed to a "tax-expert". - Day 2: Go to the appointment only to realize the "tax-expert" is only a data entry specialist who doesn't even know what a 529 is. Have to come another day to another specialist. - Day 5: Another specialist helps us with the forms and charge us an exorbitant amount without giving us details as to why the amount was charged. - Day 12: Get a letter from Dept of Taxation Ohio that I drop off in their office. - Day 14: Call office. No response. - Day 15: Call the office. No response. - Day 17: Call the office. Leave my number. No response. - Day 18: Finally get the specialist who says they are not late and that the service I got is normal. Says will update me once done. - Day 21: Follow up. No response. - Day 22: Open up a ticket with H&R block customer care who ask for 3 days to respond. - Day 25: No response yet. GUYS - do yourself a favor and file your taxes online! If you are smart enough to find this review online, you are already much smarter and courteous than anyone in this office!
