  History: Our child has been in a bright horizons since she was an infant. Transferred from a bright horizons in Chicago. Pros: Teachers are friendly. Facility is clean. Facility is large and provides many resources (outdoor and indoor playgrounds etc) Bad: Management staff is poor; many times they don't say hello or acknowledge you. Our daughter has been through multiple teachers in the same classroom over the last 5 months (like 4 teachers have quit). In our search for a new daycare, we learned that a complaint about the children using a hand mixer was filed with the state for our child's classroom. This was never mentioned to any of the parents.
