  Very rude! Very, very rude and condescending! They just took ownership of our building on the 28th. I called because the changes they proposed were given to us 3 days in advance of the changes. Which our lease requires 30 day notice from them when changes are made. Not only that it's a law by OHIO landlord tenants standards. Just as we have an obligation to notify them of moving by 30 days or more they also have obligations to us as tenants.When I called to get clarification the man was beyond rude! They are closed weekends and holidays and expect you to pay even when they are closed. They don't even give you an online option to pay nor do they give you an extra day due to a holiday that falls during the week. Which for most working people could delay their direct deposit by a day. He talked to me as if I were a child or idiot and I'm quite sure my Masters degree speaks volumes and I'm not an idiot. His customer services skills are horrible. He should go back and take some courses on how to communicate with people!!!
